You will enter this executive and architecturally designed split level home into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area complete with designer furniture. The perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine and catch up with friends or enjoy family time for your getaway to our alpine paradise. You can access both outdoor living areas from here with ample outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy our warm summer evenings. There is a queen-sized sofa bed available for two extra guests in the queen bedroom.
As you climb the first stairs you will find bedroom one which has two single beds that can be zipped together to create a king and bedroom two consists of a queen-sized bed with connecting door to the shared first level bathroom. Also at hand is a separate toilet and internal access to the carpeted double garage/laundry area.
On the top level of this beautifully designed and furnished home are three further bedrooms. Bedroom three has two singles that can be zipped together to create a king and with the TV including Sky channels this is the perfect location for the kids to hang out and watch a movie, bedroom four has a queen sized bed as does the spacious master bedroom five which has a walk-in wardrobe and access to the second bathroom, with separate bath and shower, is conveniently located and accessible for all the top level bedrooms.
You will able to keep cool during our summer months with the air-conditioning, which will also keep you toasty warm during winter.
Our homeowner has covered all bases when it comes to entertaining Sky TV including Movies and Sports - AND the rugby channel installed and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Although this home is not pet friendly the owner does bring their dog from time to time.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $175.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
