Secure, secluded and sun drenched... just what you need for your Hanmer holiday. Just a short stroll to the shops, restaurants and thermal pools, this house is a great base to get away from busy life, winter or summer.

This home offers three bedrooms, a polished wooden floor living room opening onto a large deck with comfy outdoor furniture. There's a generous private fully fenced backyard facing the sun. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed, with sliding doors opening onto the deck and has a Freeview TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Both located off the hallway, handy to the bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom three offers two double bunks and a toy box. The two large beds are fitted with electric blankets and one of the bunk beds.

The kitchen/dining area faces the street and is perfect for lazy holiday family breakfasts of pancakes or bacon and eggs.

The living area is kept snug during the cooler months with a log burner, the polished wooden flooring is a real focal point adding character to the home. The furniture is very comfortable. There's a Smart TV with Chromecast and Freeview for the evenings, and a heat pump to keep the house cosy winter and summer. We have a collection of adults and children’s books, DVDs, games and puzzles.

The garage has a portable mini pool table, a foldaway table tennis table, an old dart board, and a TV and DVD player for the kids. There is also pétanque for you to play on the driveway, and a cornhole set for the lawn.

Watch the kids in the large fully fenced backyard whilst enjoying all day sun on the deck, the perfect spot for a BBQ.

There's plenty of parking on and off site, and you can use the garage to store your bikes.

Sorry, but strictly no smoking or vaping, no pets or parties. We expect you to be quiet after 10pm and respectful of our neighbours. Note that the upper bunk beds are rated for a maximum of 65kg.

Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $110.00.

Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.

The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
