Brooke Dawson reserve is at the end of this quiet street for the kids and dogs to play or cool off in Dog Stream during our hot summer months and the walk into the village or to the pools will take a mere 10 minutes. This is one of Hanmer's best kept secrets.
The back part of the section is fully fenced and includes two fully covered patio areas which are real sun traps, perfect for basking in the winter rays.
Our homeowners have thought of all their guests needs and wish to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. The open plan living, kitchen and dining provide a great space for family get together's. The log fire will keep you toasty during winter and there is aircon to ensure your summer comfort. Netflix, Chromecast, Sound bar and unlimited Wi-Fi are all part of this amazing home away from home. They have also provided a Breville coffee pod machine - however you will need to provide your own pods.
Down the hallway are the three bedrooms, bathrooms and internal access to the garage. In the garage there is a table tennis table, ready for a family face off. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and shares access to the main bathroom which includes a beautiful deep spa bath and tiled shower. Bedroom two also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed plus a single bed. All beds have electric blankets.
PLEASE NOTE younger children will require supervision, as within the fenced area of the home there is a fishpond. As shown in the photos.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.

The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
