Escape to this warm and welcoming 3-bedroom getaway, perfectly positioned right across from the Hanmer Springs Golf Course and just a short 10-minute walk to the village and famous hot pools. It’s an ideal spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Hanmer has to offer with family and friends.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is filled with natural light from large windows, creating a bright and inviting space to unwind. Double doors open out onto a spacious deck and fully fenced yard, where you can fire up the barbecue and take in the stunning mountain views—perfect for long summer evenings or a quiet morning coffee.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The home sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children, with two queen beds and a dedicated bunk room with built-in bunks providing four single beds (two of which are upper bunks best suited for children).

In the cooler months, the home becomes a cosy retreat, with both a pellet fire and heat pump keeping the living area warm and comfortable after a day exploring the outdoors.

There’s no shortage of entertainment, with a selection of books, board games, and a table tennis table with bats and balls provided. A Nespresso pod machine is also available for your convenience (please bring your own pods).

Adding a modern touch of convenience, the property also features an EV charger (Type 2, up to 7.4kW), so you can easily recharge during your stay. Please note this is an untethered unit, so you’ll need to bring your own charging cable.

Set in a fantastic location, you’re directly opposite the golf course and within easy walking distance to the village, hot pools, cafes, and local attractions, making this the perfect base for a relaxing Hanmer escape at any time of year.

Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00.
